I was just wondering if anyone knew what could cause this. I can connect just fine using my wireless card but I can not connect at all using my ethernet card. Last time I switched it worked fine. It keeps giving me the "limited or no activity" thing. My ethernet card is supposidly in good and working condition. would this have anything to do with my router? I will keep checking for any questions you have and add to this if there is any way you could possibly help me.

well limited or no connection means you are not getting an IP address from the DHCP server.... but most likely the hardware works....

what are you connecting it to?
