Who sings this song?

I am trying very hard to find out who the musicial behind a newer version of "Wade in the water". It is on the radio occasionally and has blues rock feel to it. I don't even know if it it is called "wade in the water" but it does contain those lyrics... "wade in the water, Wade in the water children... etc" Any help would be appreciated!

It's a traditional song covered by Bob Dylan..maybe that's the version you seek?
