I am very sensitive to the cold and I was wondering if there are any heating pads I can get that I can put underneath the cushions of my sofa?

Would an electric blanket help your situation? Also, sometimes the foam and synthetic fibers can feel cold. If you are sitting on a piece of natural wool fabric, you will feel warmer. It can be a blanket, a throw, or even just a sweater. For about $30 you can get a natural shearling (fluffy sheep wool)throw on ebay -- very cozy! I bought a fuzzy alpace throw on ebay and it's super warm because of the fuzz, much moreso than a smooth blanket. Also, polyester fleece can be very warm.
