Answered part of my own ques. choppers inc. web site indicates they will be in Daytona & you can have breakfast with Billy on Mar. 7. I wonder if he's clean & sober?

The family of the man that was killed has filed a Civil suit against Billy in which he goes to trial very soon.
The actual criminal trial probably won't start for some time. Typical legal mumbo jumbo.

From what I understand Billy Lane is out on bond....... It wouldn't surprise me to see Billy Lane do some time on this one and it floors me that ANY real motorcyclist still wants to suck up to him and have Breakfast. Come on...the dude did a hit and run on one of our BROTHERS........He needs to have his license revoked and do some time in the slammer.

He should be soaked in alcohol and lit on fire for killing a motorcyclist. Why he is scott free I do not understand - if that was you or I who had killed a man while drunk driving, we'd be in jail.
