The best anti-spyware is usually two of them. Since the list of what is considered to be "spyware" is managed by humans, not two programs use the same listing. So one program may get something the other misses.
I prefer Skybot Seek&Destroy and Ad-aware SE Personal. Both can be downloaded for free at http://download.com
Like any spyware, you have to run them about once a week to keep the machine clean. I usuall will run Skybot one week and Ad-aware the next.

promise its the best. it gets rid of the files suspesciuos files that are possible to be a spy-ware

yet another solid one is Spywareblaster, not an anti as jointly with it gained't eliminate nasties already on your pc ( thats Avast, secret agent Bot and Addaware's interest) yet remarkably valuable at preserving new threats out.
