90 days.
(I'm not counting either Nov. 11 or Feb. 9, because techically they are not "between" the days you name. But it would be more usual to include the Feb. 9 date, making 91.)

To see this:
From Nov. 1 through Jan. 31 (inclusive) there are days 30 days in Novmeber, 31 in December, and 31 in January, for a total of 92.
-- add 9 more for the first 8 days of February, which you're including.
-- deduct 11 for the first 11 days of November, which you're not including.

Result: 92+ 9-11 = 90 days

from November 11 to February9 there are 91 days
in November there are 21 days in DEC there are 30 days in December and in January
there are 31 days and on Feb as you say till 9n there are 9 days
so adding it 21+30+31+9=91 days
(note 11 is also included as a day in November)
it important that 11 must be included
