A virus named TAGA LIPA ARE infects my computer and i detected and located the .vbs programme that runs it. Everytime i delete it and restart my browser it keeps appearing in my C:\ drive whenever i open again IE6. What should i do so that my computer will not download this .vbs programme again and infect my browser IE6?

IF you are you using Windows, boot into Safe Mode (No Networking). Run full virus scan.
Also you can download Ad-Aware and Search & Destroy and run full scans with these also while in Safe Mode.

Download software needed, install and run all 3 scans in Safe Mode (No Networking)

This combo of scans should clean your system.

Using a program like UBCD (ultimate Boot CD) but the windows version.. you can log into a real mode of the operating system with more powerful features that would let you delete certain files and best method to get rid of viruses especially those that recreate themselves when you restart or after deletion. There has to be a file that triggers that particular .vbs file to run at startup and thus it would recreate itself. check your running services and startup programs.. But for best results, make sure you are working in either safe mode or using the UBCD version of windows. Good LUCK
