ok this is prolly a dumb question but i have a samsung slider phone and it was working i turned it off. i go to turn it back on and it keeps turning on half way then turning off. & it will dothat overrr and overrr again! the phone is charged and everything. anyone no a way to fix it?

i have a samsung slider phone. i only got it a couple months ago. i dont no what happened but when i go to turn my phone on it only turns on like half way. and it will keep doign that over and over again. i have the phone charged and everything! anyone have any advice ?

If it is only a few months old then it should be under warranty. Call customer service for your carrier and tell them what is wrong. They will step you through proceedures to try and get your phone working again. If it is determined that they can't help and that you need a replacement phone they will assist in the process.

Look on the back there is a whilt or red sticker if it is still white then you need to call and get it looked at if it is red that means there is water damage and that's why

have you tried a different battery? perhaps the charging port in your phone is bad, and although you plug it in to charge, it may not be gaetting any charge. try a different battery and a different charger, one of the two is probably the culprit.
