If your problem is sending e-mail to someone in the whole universe, most possible way to do that is laser-satellite technique. Consider that, light is a sort of wave-particle, and light can be travel in space.

The most basic way in our cable-based Internet connection is also provided by fiber optic cables, which means e-mails are delivered by light(photon) particles. Only difference to send your e-mail to outer space is using much more powerful sender satellite.

When was one of the planes designated as "plane pluto?" I think what you should do is use a dowsing technique to first find the plane. Then create a hole in time space and step through to plane pluto. Use your psychic abilities to seek out a Plutoean, then send an e-mail to him through your mind, this technique can be known as m-mail tentatively... until you achieve it of course.

Talk with the people at the NASA Deep Space Network. Ask them to piggyback your e-mail onto the messages they send to the New Horizons space probe. Then wait until 2011 until New Horizons arrives at Pluto.

BTW, I already have my message on-board New Horizons -- sorry you missed out. The deadline was a few years back.
