Shouldn't be a problem, of course you can never guarantee that these things will go without a hitch but it certainly shouldn't cause any permanent damage. 95% of the time it's as easy as taking the side off your pc case, unscrewing/punching out a blanking plate next to an empty slot and putting the card into that slot then screwing it in.
There shouldn't be a problem, if there is, post another question on here or Google it, someone else is bound to have suffered from something similar.

No, you can't. You can watch internet video channels from sites like YouTube, but for television, you'll need a tuner, at least a built in one. I don't know if there is any motherboard with built in TV tuners, but if there is, they'll do.

A decent card with built in shielding should not effect any hardware or software already on your PC.

You shouldn't have any problems. The TV card will send sound to your creative sound card.
