download or buy Partition Magic. It is very user friendly and will do what you need and much more. great program.

FAT32 and NTFS are two different types of file systems. You will need to reformat or convert your drive or partition to change it. Before you do, you should make sure that your operating system supports NTFS (Windows XP does).

cliod7729 bad answer AFAIK all MS operating systems covert without have to reformat. IMO bad advice.
