No, silly. Hannibal Lecter didn't kill because he was angry, he killed because he liked it. He is a classic psychopath, not a person suffering from an antisocial personality disorder. Psychopaths generally have a normal level of control over their mood and understand right from wrong. They just don't empathise with others or feel guilt. Read some of Robert Hare's research.

Not if you believe anger to be the loss of control. Control was certainly something he had in abundance, that coupled with his patience and intellect made him incredibly dangerous. His anger to me seemed meticulously well managed.
