I know companies like to hear the following:

that you see yourself progressing in a successful position at a reputable organization/company, and that you think you can accomplish that goal because of your unwavering work ethic and determination to continue bettering yourself as a person

companies also like a personal aspect thrown in, such as that you hope that on the side of a successful career you will be successful in family relationships, etc.

well talk about the company and where you see it going and you being right there along for the ride. mention specific position you are applying for and your goals for you and the company. be positive and sure of what you are talking about. if management is your goal, say it. say that you also are willing to work hard to reach your goal and you dont expect it will be easy. if going back to school is your goal, say that too. just be honest but also know what your employer wants to hear without it sounds like you are sucking up.
