It depends on how long you have been dating.

If it's a first date, pick a place that isn't too expensive and/or posh, but has a very casual feeling to it. Make sure it isn't so noisy you can't hear each other across the table.

Dates are SOPOSE to be fun!! So, keep it fun wherever you go!!! (But not too fun....... don't let the GUY cross that line UNTIL HE'S EARNED IT after you are married & you know that you know that you know that HE really does LOVE you). Remember, nice GIRLS DO NOT FINISH LAST!! They have LONG-LASTING relationships that DEMAND RESPECT & HONESTY!!!

Simple things, such as a man opening the door for you, pushing that chair in for you, waiting for you to be seated FIRST before he is.......... YES, these things all add up to RESPECT!! And MOST MEN have LOST that!!!

When you go on a date, MEET the man somewhere very public UNTIL you know him VERY WELL!!! Safety is important!! Such as, go to a skating rink on open skate night. Or a crowded mall where the two of you can talk & you can see what interests he may or may not have. Or go to an ORGANIZED party at a church.......... where they play board games, eat a few snacks, & talk a lot!!

My favorite date place is the zoo. You have time to talk that you don't at a movie and you can eat fun foods like sno cones! Also it was pretty cute to watch my boyfreind feed the animals at the petting zoo section of the zoo! You can go to the different shows and spend a good part of the day there! Hope this helps, we have been to four different zoos together and we enjoed it every time. Even small town zoos can be fun.
