Round my way the drive-thrus near the cinema complex are open till about 10pm. They open in the morning pretty early as well, usually by 8am to catch the morning commuters popping in for coffee and a breakfast. Even town-centre McDonalds stores are usually open till at least 6pm. That's a bit of a generalisation though. There are several hundred of these places all across the UK, and like anywhere else the local passing trade dictates the hours they open from and to.
You can count on 9am-5pm. Any other times, contact the individual restaurant in question through the phone book.

As for the others, I guess from early morning to late at night.

They vary.Our local one opens at 6am and coses at 11pm.They have applied to the authorities for permission to open until 12pm.but a decision has yet to be made.

I think that it opens at 6.30 am and closes at 11.30pm, depending on where you live and the kind of area.
