ok im trying to find the Fanfir its a hunt its suppose to be in the para rift at silverroad end or sumthing but im going there when a blizzard comes it it wont appear what do i do? and please dont tell me to go to gamefaq.com

I don't know if you have anything against gamefaq, but I followed their guide and I found it...
"Upon exiting Bur-Omisace to
Freezing Gorge head west to Head of the Silverflow and then south to Icebound
Flow. In Icebound Flow take the SE exit to Karydine Glacier and then take
the nearby SW exit to Silverflow's End(dead end part)."
A word of warning though, that annoying thing is pretty tricky. I had to level up first before I manage to get it. or maybe its just me. Whatever it is though dude, good luck.

Basically all you have to do is keep going from the para rift to the feywood, that's the other place that connects, anyway you keep going in and out until you see a blizzard and you can tell when its a blizzard because the snow will come down very hard and you wont be able to see as far. after the blizzard comes you have to go to the place where he appears but the place where he appears is split in two and you want to go to the one that is a dead end and he should be there if he doesn't show then the blizzard probably wasn't strong enough it took me a little while to find him to when I did the hunt but Fafnir is no pushover so i would recommend some high level characters before taking him on.

I dont remember if I did the hunt or not, if there is a blizzard keeping the mark from coming out just go in and out of the area until it shows up...it will just not always the first time.

sure can. You know where to go right?... the local tavern or bar or whatever in that area. Or the harder ones in that club place in Rabanstre
