1) 10x - 0.62 = 9x - 8.55
x = -7.93

2) 4x + 8 -3x = x-6
x + 8 = x-6
no solution (x-x = 0, 8<>-6); are you sure the formula you gave is correct?

1) 10x-0.62=9x-8.55
x=-8.55+0.62 x=-7,93

2) You wrote question wrong I believe cause the result is
x-x=-6-8

4) 6x+12x-8=6x+2
18x-6x=10 12x=10 x=10/12 The result is 0.83333333
