A family of 12 is to be evicted after terrorising a community for 16 years. An unemployed couple with 10 kids live in a council house in the UK. The woman bragged that they would always get a new house because of the kids.

Amongst the list of complaints are, Abuse, assaulting police, turning their garden into a flea infested scrap yard, harrassement, loud music, throwing stones at people and passing vehicles, threatning to burn down peoples property, racist abuse and other similar crimes.

Would you do more to make sure that communities fears are acted upon sooner?
Should they be left alone by the Council?
Do you/or have you had, similar families in your neighbourhood?

Wow, well I am not quite sure how things are ran in the UK but in the United States those people wouldn't have lasted a week. The first time they assaulted a police officer they would have been long gone. I had some problems in the last place I lived (that is why I moved) but it was nothing compared to that! I definatly think more should be done to relive those situatuions and make people realize that they can't be a boil on the butt of humanity forever. They should have been evicted long ago!

I think they need to be educated about what is right and what is wrong. If we evicted all the 'families from hell' where would we put them? Unless the council puts them on an island way out to sea!

I am going to get thumbs-down for this but I think they should lock up all the anti-social neighbours in the detention centres and free the asylum seekers into the community to take the houses vacated by the asbo-toting dole-scrounging scum that seem to be proliferating. I have been a socialist all my life but I believe that our standards of decency and respect must not be allowed to erode through apathy and blinkered vision. Let's fight back!

The only thing I can think of is calling the police so often they'll get tired of the complaints and really get something done about this lazy mess.
