Congrats!! That's great. How long did it take for them to get back to you and are they going to give you credit on your old account for the 171 points you've gotten here so far? Now that would be fair but not expected.
Just don't hold your breath waiting for them to reinstate you, it might take a while. The apology is what really amazes me. Good going to Yahoo! too, good decision on their part I guess. Don't know why they thought you deserved to be suspended but obviously you didn't agree and stood up for yourself.
Good for you, you get starred.

OMG. Yahoo! Answers apologises?!?! I don't believe it! OMG.. Are you serious? I really.. I got reported so many times wrongfully, and i complained to them, did i get an apology and ten points back? No i never. I hope it gets restored A.S.A.P. You must have been smiling when you got that.

That's amazing. I think they have made extreme errors in their judgement of responses to questions myself.
