Well, that depends on your "nuisance style". Do you want to make the player quake in fear and then proceed to destroy their character? Or do you want to wipe them out before they even know what has happened...while wondering when you will strike again?
If you want to make them afraid, be a shadow priest. Play with them a little bit instead of just outright killing them. Then when you are bored, let them slowly die.
If you want to make them fear the area...be a rogue. Hit em hard and from behind (rogues do it from behind, LOL!) and then vanish once they fall. They won't know if you are still around or not. They'll be afraid to keep hunting there.
Like I said...it depends on your nuisance style, hehe.

I made a BE Rogue on the new pvp server Shattered Halls. I love it. Nothing like sneaking up on someone and stun locking them. I have 3 level 60's on a PVE server and let me tell you Im having more fun on this new pvp server then I did playing 2 years on the PVE server. If you decide to come to Shattered Halls look me up.

I play on a PvP realm mainly, and it is a lot of fun, from what I have gathered, more people are on PvP, but it is close. PvP on PvE is poor. The battlegrounds are now interserver, so WSG (Warsong Gulch) and the other BGs will b equally competitive, and equally filled with freaking twinks. Raiding mainly consists of either a group of players attacking the opposing factions many cities, or a group of players attacking an instance (or dungeon) for the treasure held within. Ganking is now as common of a practice as it use to be. You will mainly just be ganked if you have ganked the other person first, but the solution is finding a level 70 friend. I am not purely obsessed with PvP. I love going in and kicking the crap out of High Inquisitor Whitemane as much as the next undead guy. You use to be able to display a rank next to your name for all to see, based on your honor. That thing in the forums is basically that, but just in a different form. People on both servers are equally friendly in general, but there are those one in a million jerks that try to ruin your experience, but ignore them. The main differences between both server types is that Horde and Alliance are more hostile towards each other, but not to say that they don't have their truces.

hunters and druids are pretty good on pvp servers...but priests are always bitchy because of healing. if you can lvl your rogue well though, you can gank anyone. lol. i still like my warlock, though. it pretty much comes down to how good of a player you are and how well you know to use the character you create.

Shadow priests are usually not expected to heal groups, although they are capable of it. It is nice though to play a class that can heal themselves. But I will say that I usually get pwned on my lock by rogues stunlocking me and stabbing me to death.

Shadow preist if you want to be able to heal yourself, and if you choose to become a rogue, your best friend will be your first aid skill.
personally, i would become a druid and be a healer and a rogue.
