She had botched breast augmentation years ago, which were saline based, not silicone, but have not heard anything recently.
She had had pneumonia with a collapsed lung back in 11/06 and in my opinion, has not seemed lucid in any interview since her son's death 5 months ago.
I just think the tabloids pushed her already fragile, post-partum mind too far when they suggested that her current boyfriend/lawyer, may have done something or covered up something to do with her son's death and she took one to many pills (as after 5 months, she would have built up a dependency and needed more and more to get the same effect) and accidently overdosed.
Reports by her private nurse that called the paramedics indicate she choked on her own vomit; a classic sign of overdose.
