if you keep blowing fuses , then there is a problem , most likely the blower motor is gone , but could be a short some where, check the blower motor first, it is the most common problem.

Because you have indicated that you have purchased fuses and the heater still does not work, that would indicate to anyone reading your question that your blower motor is not working. It could be the switch, but more than likely you have a bad resistor.
Usually when the resistor goes bad, the blower will only work on HIGH for a couple of months before it completely goes out. Is this what happened????
You can get the resistor at the Ford dealer, but call the auto parts stores to see if they have it for less. They can give you guidance on locating the part, but I believe it's very near the blower motor.
Best of luck.

Most likely this is just your thermostat which is inside a radiator hose which goes in the top front of you engine. You go to a parts store and they will actually sell you one and even change it for you. if this is your problem it will have cost you about $25. Second and best option is to go to a raditor shop If you are not a mechanic this quickly gets more complicated, so this will be too hard to explain to you
Look in phone book and find a radiator shop and go there and have them take a look and give estimate.
Estimates are free and then you will know what is wrong and see if you can fix it or if you have to pay them.
The heater is a second small radiator inside the firewall near the glove box where hot water from the engine is pumped and a fan blows across that radiator - thus making heat.
This is the reason you go to a radiator shop for this problem.

Could you be a little bit more specific?
Heatin as you say doesn't work.
What makes you think it's a fuse?
Blower doesn't work.?
There's no hot air, just cold?
The blower works, but nothing comes out of the vents?
Maybe it's a bad switch?
Maybe it's a loose wire?
Maybe it's a bad ground?
Maybe it's a bad relay?
Maybe it's a plugged heater core.
Maybe it's a stuck heater valve?
Maybe it's a Blown fuse?
Maybe it's a bad blower motor?
Maybe it's a stuck blend door?
Maybe it's low on coolant?
Maybe it's a stuck thermostat?
Maybe it's a bad water pump?
Maybe it's a blown head gasket?

You have to check your water pump! My water pump was almost 10 years old and it finally broke and I had to get it replaced. But for a week straight my heat would not work and I froze.
