Personally, I think all you people out there that think that Courtney Love murdered Kurt Cobain are crazy. First off, go listen to Nirvana's In Utero, there's lyrics that obviously state he was fed up with the way the press had spun out the whole Vanity Fair photo, along with the drugs, the fame, and just life in general. Secondly, I think that if she did kill him, why would she cancel his bank credit card, hire a private investigator, and then hire another, when Kurt's in Seattle and Courtney is in Los Angeles, a 18 hour and 58 min drive about from the rehab clinic to their house, why would she ? Because she cares. their marriage may have been on the rocks, but Courtney and Kurt had one thing that kept them together: Francis Bean Cobain, their daughter. the only thing that made Kurt smile was Francis Bean.

He was supposed to have killed himself either intentionally or by accident, however as with anything there are conspiracy theories circulating on the internet that Courtney love had something to do with it and possibly a partner of hers at the time.
If you search for long enough on line you will find loads about Kurt Cobain's death and the circumstances surrounding it, but it is probably not very relable. Conspiracy theories are always more popular than the truth.

Officially he committed suicide. But there are rumours that Courtney ALLEGEDLY paid someone to have him killed and then that someone died in mysterious circumstances.

Just accept it he killed himself. I happens with people that are strung out like that. Duh one of the major side effects of hard drugs like that is suicidal thoughts. And of course a O.D. is not going to be far behind.

i agree with the answer left by flem.
Kurt cobian killed himself and Courtney had nothing to do with it, why would she hire people to look into it and why would she kill him she loved him.
