of course it works because of all the guilty conscience racists we have in the world today. Now it's not a good play, it just makes you as lame as the racists, and to me it would seem that you aren't getting anywhere and it isn't fair to play that overplayed card. Just a threat of showing the race card makes people conform to being nice to the 'victim'.

yes and it always will because there is shame and guilt involved and nobody is willing to address such things in polite society think of some of the biggest scandals last year at least 2 come to mind that were race related rite off the bat

That card is so old and worn out no one even adds it to their deck anymore. Besides, there are so many ways to get what you want besides that. Just use your power of persuasion. (wink wink)

Sometimes. But if you do it, then you feel like that is the only reason you got what you wanted, not on merit, so it would be a shallow victory, I guess.
