22340.

I find that if I do the multiplication base 10 and convert as I go along I get less confused about what I am doing. So, I do it like this:

3 x 2 = 6 base10 and 10 base 6, so write a 0 and carry a 1.
3 x 1 + 1 = 4 base 10 and 4 base 6, so write the 4
3 x 15 = 15 base 10 and 23 base 6 so write the 3 and carry the 2
3 x 4 + 2 = 14 base 10 and 22 base 6 so write the 22 and we're done.

At least that works for me.

It's 22340. You're right.

4512 x 3.

Multiply 3 x 2, get 10. Write down 0, carry 1.

Multiply 3 x 1 and add the carried 1, get 4. Write it down.

Multiply 3 x 5, get 23. Write down 3, carry 2.

Multiply 3 x 4, get 20, add the carried 2 to get 22. Write it down.
