It depends on what you are refering to.
If you mean the widespread phenomenon called paramnesia, yes, it has happened to me: having the illusion of remembering something, specially a place, where in reality I had never been before.
If you are refering to dreaming of a past life...I never cared if my dreams were really past lives, future lives or just a mixture of perceptions reprocessed in my brain.
If you are refering to feeling that you feel, in some specific occassions, as a different person that, however, is somehow related to your memory, then, yes, specially after reading novels of "realismo magico" like Gabriel Garcia Marquez's "One hundred Years of Solitude". I even used to feel some kind of pain that I atributed to some of my family's failures, which were hurting me now as a kind of unavoidable feeling heritage. But this is one thing and what you are saying is another.
If we are able to localise the roots of our feelings and perceptions better, we will be more likely to explain them in logical terms than if we atribute them to unknown phenomena.

I can remember all sorts of things about my past life. Most of the past of my life, in fact, except when I was very young. Most people can, you know, it's not hard!
