Once again, it's pretty hard to answer unless we know what the choices are. You're getting your homework done for free, would it kill you to write out the whole qeustion?

The first answer was pretty solid, except that flagella are only found in unicellular organsims, not plant or animal cells, and centrioles are found in all cells. Lysosomes are also found in some plant cells.
