I don't know why...everybody should have 1 account...but how can they control it?

How could they prevent it? If you only allow 1 per i.p address, then people in the same household would have to share an account. That's not right either.

yes it does, for those that like to bullie other users, don't think Yahoo likes it so much, but have to give them credit for knowing how to create more than one account and oh yeh, make those hearts too
