I think when people are not thinking, they are still consciously processing and having thoughts, but their brain is not realizing those thoughts in a specific form. The brain fires in patterns, and I believe this firing occurs anytime we are actually alive, and on every level the patterns continue. Some manifest themselves as conscious thoughts, the rest of them stay subconscious. Therefore they are in the same places they always were, you just don;t have access to them. Maybe you should invent a way to access subconscious thoughts. Yeah, thats a good idea, get on that.

They are floating around in the sky...waiting for someone to grab them. I always wonder where my jokes go after I tell them....do they go through the air and do birds hear them. Do birds think they are funny. Do they go into space so astronauts can here them...and is it possible that they ever reach other planets...and do alien races understand them.
