I think your chances are great ! Especially for a receptionist or a call center. FYI speaking French is a plus, compared to the quebec slang. (Québecois)
I am also bi-lingual and have lived in Montreal for over 30 years.

well quebecoise french isnt totally different but i think because your bi-lingual it wont hurt you chances but i think a lot of people in Quebec are bi-lingual so idk if it would improve your chances
