Go for MBBS from AIIMS
then
MS from NIMHANS
then
MCh from NIMHANS

Internationally, I would say Harvard University in the United States. The procedure here is you go for undergraduate for 4 years then medical school for 4 more years then you have to complete a residency program for 4-5 more years. In India I would say you go for your MD and maybe apply then apply for a residency program in the USA for the advanced technology and education chances that may be offered to you...then if you want come back and help the people in India with new knowledge

i think you can do your MBBS in AIMS and MD neurology in NIMHAN or PGI CHANDIGAR
