A friend of mine was playing football in the yard. He went deep and jumped, crotch first, onto the top of a fire hydrant. OUCH!

Not having nuts makes me mostly immune to that, but I will say that I once tried this split leap on the balance bean that ended up rather unpleasant.
The worst I've seen was an olympic pole-vaulter that landed on the pole on his nuts on the way down.

during one of my high school baseball games, the left and center fielder both were running to catch a fly ball and they collided. the center fielders knee hit the lefts nuts. well what happened was it caused his nuts to spin around and twist together. he had to have emergency surgery ato untwist them. he said after that from the time it happened until about 3 hours later to hospital,emergency room, wiating for surgery all that time he had the felling he just got kicked there. can you even imagine that feeling for 3-4 straight hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

once when we where playing hockey one of my friends got about a 75mph slapshot inthe nuts and he wasnt wearin a jock. he couldnt walk for a while.
