Blogs and Websites are basically the same thing these days. You have the option of using your 360 page here through Yahoo too, or you can use the free "Blogger.com" site to start your own. They have step-by-step instructions to get you going. The templates are well designed, and program is quite user friendly. It's a very well organized site to get your started.

Check out Blogger.com here..........

Well, you don't necessarily need a host to start a web page. You can use an editor (Notepad or WYSIWYG) and Internet Explorer, offline, and upload it to a host later.

If you know HTML, you should use Notepad. If not, try downloading Visual Web Developer 2005 Express from Microsoft's website.

If you don't know HTML, but want to learn it, try http://www.htmlgoodies.com. HTML gives you much more freedom than using a visual editor, if you have to time and willpower to learn it.

If you go with a visual editor, try Microsoft FrontPage Express, MS Visual Web Developer 2005 Express, CoffeeCup, and others. Look around on Download.com, under the Web section (or something like that), or try http://www.google.com/search?q="Freeware+Web+Page+Editors".

There are several ways to get started. I recommend HTML, but you just choose what's best for you.

I hope this helps. =)
