AFC - Cincinnati - With Palmer a year past that terrible injury, he should be back to 2005 form. Third hardest schedule in 06 to a much better one in 07. Tons of injuries in 06 and all those guys will be back. Of course they need to stay out of jail!!!!
I think SD, Ind, NE, and Bal all take a step back. My surprise AFC team will be Ten.
NFC - Seattle - Injuries killed them in 06. Too much talent not to bounce back. My surprise NFC team is SF.

The Ravens need more experience on Defense?!? Are you high? Hardly, if anything they are a bit old on defense now. As for the teams to watch, that is a tough call. There is so much parody in the league these days. I think a healthy Seattle is a team to watch, and if the Bears get a new reliable QB they would be solid again. The Saints will be a player for sure. In the AFC, you have to look at Baltimore and again at Indianapolis. And of course San Diego will be good, but time will tell how big an impact losing their Defensive Coordinator will make.

The best in the AFC will be the Colts next year. However, I think the Bengals could have a shot at taking that over if they can get their players focused on playing football instead of making bail.
The NFC will be pretty tight next year. I think the Bears will get better with Grossman having more experience but I think the NFC will be tougher as a whole so the Bears will have a worse record than this past year. I have to go with New Orleans though. You really can't go wrong with Drew Brees and New Orleans. They will be a scary team when Brees gets even more chemistry with Bush and the rest of that offense. They do have some real concerns on defense though.

the skins have a lot of work to do on the defensive side of the ball to get back to being great. their defense was terrible for most of the year, you have to admit that.
i would say they will be improved, but im not convinced they will have a great year. how can you be sold on jason campbell already?
the ravens were great this year, but they lack a true star on offense. gimme the ball jamal used to be unreal, but he is a bit washed up from injuries. if they could bring in a big play WR or a star RB i think they will have an even better year. Their defense is always good, so that won't be a concern.
my super bowl prediction (although it is tough to do before the draft and free agency), i think it will be the chargers vs. carolina (panthers is a long shot, but i think they will have the year everyone predicted they would have this year, next year)

The skins will deff improve from last year. I think that they can be a playoff bound team but they will not go far, not this year. You will have to look forward to 08 or 09 for the skins to make it to the superbowl. The ravens are as good as they are going to get right now they need some young talent on offense, they cannot rely on their defense to win a superbowl for them again, it cant be done with teams like indy and the chargers having a solid offense and defense.

I'm saying the Steelers will rebound back. San Diego is going to be right up there again too. Baltimore and Cincinnati are great teams. Green Bay just may have it.
But the two best teams of '07?
1. Indianapolis (AFC)
2. Detroit(joking) New Orleans (NFC)

Skins will be better and the ravens will get worse. I predict the Steelers to rebound this year. I would predict New England to still be a contender, San Diego and Indy. From the NFC I would say the Saints.

i wouldn't call Jason Campbel a "very well experienced qb" The redskins will be lucky not to finish last in their division, which i hate to say being a big fan of the skins
