Ok you can do this, remember there is never just one answer or solution to a brief there are thousands you just have to choose one.
You need to think about the prefix anti and what it stands for :
*The prefix anti- goes back to Greek anti, meaning “against.” Anti- is so recognizable and its meaning is so clear that it is frequently used to make up new words. For example, the meanings of words such as anticrime and antipollution are easy to guess. Sometimes, when followed by a vowel, anti- becomes ant-: antacid.
so you are looking to visually represent the word "against" so think about the word against and what it stands for: ( in opposition to)

the first thing that comes in to my head to represent it is arms help up and crossed over each other a bit like cross bones but with fists and arms instead of bones.
It is a very wide open brief and that often makes the task much more difficult. Good luck with it, try brainstorming lots of different ideas.. a good way to do it is to set yourself a time limit of one minute and write down everything you can think of that could represent it... good luck
