I'm not sure which features/applications of the net you are having difficulty with, but I will offer this advice: like anything else, learn by doing. Many web sites/services are very user friendly and feature help sections. Also, the more you are on the net the more you will find easier ways to meet your needs. If you get stuck and want to know about a particular kind of application or service, try putting in a google search for a tutorial page or post a question on here. There are a many net savvy people on Yahoo who would be happy to help with your inquiries. Happy Surfing.
