Sounds like you have a lot going on in the windows registry or your disk is filling up. Delete unused clutter from the disk.Try a disk defrag next... gets things organized. Run an antivirus scan through and fix any problems. Purchase a registry mechanic software... it cleans redundant crap from the windows registry. You should notice a huge difference after all this.
