There is something called a 'gaff', which is almost like a tight fitting pair of underwear you can use to hide your package. If you do a search you should find many stores that sell them on the Internet.

A gaff is the best way to go. It's like underwear, but made of material with a high lycra or similar material percentage, for the maximum compression to give your genitals a perfectly smooth look, or what might at worst be a rather padded pubis mons. No one will be the wiser in tight clothes, and possibly not even in the gaff itself (under other underwear, of course).

Don't wear tight clothes. Just wear pleated skirts and dresses. The poof/balloon style works too. Also, if you must, control top pantyhose does a good job keeping the twig and berries in.

its called a GAFF you can find them on liine just google it and you will find stores that sell them.
dont use duct tape unless you like loosing skin. people that tape use sugical tape or tape used in medical situations. try the gaff its a special panty that will hide it well and makes you have a smooth appearance
