Problem is my wife is 8 months pregnant but she is ugly, the mother is a total MILF, what should I do?

Your poor wife. Not only does she have a cheating husband, at her most vulnerable time, but she has a Mother that is so afraid of getting old and becoming a Grandmother, she sleeps with her daughters husband. You say she is ugly? How sad. You ask what to do now? Why didn't you think about that last night?
Be honest with your wife. Set her up in a nice apartment, make sure she is okay, and has a secure setting with her new baby, and pay all her bills. Anyone who is as selfish, and stupid as you, should not be able to be in the presence of your child until you get counseling for the head you are obviously thinking with!
While on that note, please, do everyone involved a favor, run away with the milf (mother, ignorant, low, filth) and enjoy your 20 or so year older girlfriend. Why don't you run to Vegas, and make another sure bet.

You can never please everyone, and you didn't marry her! You married him! This is not necessarily your battle to fight. If your husband is happy with you, he should be the one standing up for you. Now that you have a baby on the way, he cannot NOT support you! He needs to tell his mother to either love and support the both of you and the new baby or never speak to any of you again. You don't need to be pregnant and stressed over things that could be eliminated from your life. I know it's not an easy thing to do, but you need to take a serious stand. If you don't, she will never take you seriously. She does what she does, now, because she is getting away with it. Set her straight again, and give her an ultimatum. It's all or nothing! If she's a good mother, she'll get over herself with a quickness. If she doesn't, then you don't want her in your lives anyway! Good luck!

Wow, why would you call your wife ugly? Seems like you don't even love her. From a woman's standpoint, that's a horrible thing to go through. You should feel bad that you even did that. I am sure you don't want to be remembered in your child's life for that. Call everything off with the mother-in-law. Stay in the child's life, but not your wife's.. trust me, she doesn't want you to be around her like that anymore.
