She lied about having a miscarriage. She's still having JD's baby but lied to him because she wanted to stay for the new job and didn't want JD to stay with her only because she's pregnant.

yeah she lied to him to get him out of her life either because she doesn't want to be with him or she feels bad for him and wants him to live his life without the burden of a wife and child. I thought that was pretty messed up. I'm glad though cause I can't stand her and hate her character so hopefully she will be off the show for a while. JD needs to get back with Elliot at least one more time :)

Yes she is having a baby and yes it is JD's - she just wanted to end the relationship and thought the best way to do it was just to lie to him about the baby.
