Andy does the impossible--he makes everyone in the office miss Dwight, who is forced to take a job at Staples. Meanwhile, Oscar comes back to the office and Michael predictably throws a stereotypical Mexican party to celebrate. Also Jim pulls a prank on Andy that causes him to freak out and, I think, quit. It was very funny. It was the Episode called "The Return"

I read somewhere that on The Office's website they had deleted scenes from the episode where he was so over-the-top, and the scenes showed "what happened to Andy." But I have a slow internet connection, so I can't watch the deleted scenes, so I have no idea. On the boards where I read that, people were complaining, saying that many people weren't going to know "what happened to Andy." But no one every said WHAT HAPPENED!
So . . .maybe you could check that out.
