Yes, they have a soul, but they are inhabiting the wrong kind of body. They have developed the consciousness of an animal, and so they should have the body of an animal. That is why it is not unjust to kill a sociopath for the good of society. It is an actual mercy for them, so that they can leave this inappropriate body, and obtain a body perfectly suited to their consciousness, like a reptile, tiger, or vicious rodent.

Everyone is sociopathic to a point.
Sociopaths are not the same as psychopaths. A sociopath is often created, not born that way. They have learned to ignore or block out "normal" feelings but the still exist.
Soldiers love their home and country but must be ready to kill on command. If they stop and weigh moral issues they will be dead and their loved ones will be gone. They lock out sympathy for the "enemy" so that they can do what they need to do (at least until the fighting stops, then it might come rushing back and weigh on their souls).
Part of the problem with a sociopath is that they may have trouble discerning who is the enemy.

Socoiopaths and Psychopaths HAVE NO SOUL what is happening from my intuitive side and what I know spiritually is that the entities inside them are from the dark Enough with the banana talk that all humans have souls, this is THE BIGGEST LIE. Wake up things are not as your religions tell you and much is hidden to humanity. These entities are governed by the destruction forces and the ones who are civilized enough not to kill don't do it because they are SMART AND HAVE CONTROL. But don't be surprised if as children they tortured and killed little animals feeling no remorse and getting help through adulthood. If by "a soul" you mean the human capacity to experience true emotion and respect the rights of others, then NO, a sociopath does not possess this capacity.

That is a cop-out. All humans do. Some people get wired differently do to who they are around when they are young.
Saints cry when someone else gets hurt. Sociopaths balanced this by not connecting to others.

Sure they have a soul, what they lack is a conscious. They appear to lack the essence because they do not consider anyone but themselves and are not capable of empathy.
