I went in to the petrol station last week got out my car went inside to pay for my fuel then realised when i got to the counter that i had forgot to put the fuel in!
How embarrasing!

No, I do that all the time you are so not alone! If I don't have a list at the store I end up buying nothing that we needed (hence the four jars of mayo in my cupboard) and a whole bunch of junk. Plus I will walk into my bedroom for something stand there for a second and try to remeber but the second I step out of my room I will remember what I needed.

You are not alone!! I go into the store for a specific thing and walk out with everything but the original item I was seeking.
I counter this by taking a list.
Then, hopefully, I haven't left the list on the kitchen table.

Oh yes I do it all the time. I call it a brain fart, it just goes puff right out of my head. It's really irritating some times. But I eventually figure out what it was that I was looking for and then I keep saying it to myself so I can't forget what it is before I find it.

I'm glad we are not alone.. Yes, I always go upstairs to get something then forget what it was I was getting.. Then I remember after I left.. grrrrrrrr I think it is time for the funny farm, lets go together..

you're questions continually crack me up lots. LOL The worst is once you're arranged for the elevator, human beings pop out. You get on, and approximately die. that often got here about to me in college. lol It replaced into my chum's bf who did it each and all the time!
