Should a President be responsible for massive acts of incompetence and resign if he cannot do his job? Or should he continue to punish America by remaining in office?

Wow Gus, I'm honored you think I am more powerful than the US military and able to prevent it from winning in Iraq. But I can assure you that "my side" had NOTHING to do with getting us into that war.

A Bush resignation would be appropriate, but he's far to stubborn for that. Only impeachment will work now.

No, for heaven sakes, Cheney would be President. Do you want Cheney as President? That would be like going from the frying pan into the fire. One is bad the other worse. Now, if they both were to resign than Pelosi would be President. None of this is likely to happen. Bush and Cheney are too stubborn. It would be the right thing to do, but when has this Administration ever done the right thing? (OK maybe on 9/12/01 they looked pretty good)

I voted for Bush twice I believe he will eventually have to withdraw from Iraq However if you want to punish him you would also have to punish the whole cabinet over half the senate & the House & the Pentagon The answer is NO because of the above

When will you realize that President Bush did not send us to war congress did, they voted -HELLO! He should not resign or be impeached. Can't & will not happen. Please stop complaining "we were deceived - no WMD found - he lied to us" President Bush is doing his job he was elected to, it was not a job for him to make friends, he is in office to protect our country's freedom & future. The liberal media needs to back off & let our president & military do their jobs so they can come home!!! God Bless President Bush & our Military!

Bush will admit his flaws as soon as he supports getting rid of the electoral collage and making this country more like a real democracy.

The only way we will lose in Iraq would be because of people like you who put their personal politics ahead of the mission. But then again, your elected leaders don't even have the gonads to go beyond a non-binding resolution to show their displeasure.

When are you going to hold your side responsible for their actions leading us into war?

We won't be able to truthfully know if the "surge" works (or worked) until after Bush has already left office in 2009.

Sorry.
