Ok me doctor had done a progesterone challenge on me 10mg for 7 days because i hadnt had a period in about a year or possibly longer after i finished the challenge i had a pretty somewhat heavy period that lasted 5 days well two weeks after i had my period i had spotted for two days and it was brown, turned kind of pink the second day for about a half hour then i woke up the next morning and it was all gone, what could this be i'm not sure for my period for another week or two, I am not on any birth control and my husband and i have unprotected sex. could be ovulation?? if so do you think that progesterone challenge got me ovulating again or could it be something else???

Ovulation can cause spotting, if you do get your period in about 2 weeks then that is probably what it was.

Could be, all you can do it wait it out, and try not to be to stressed. You will know in a few weeks.
