Tubular breasts mean breasts that are spaced far apart and are tube shaped. Women with tubular breasts have very little glandular tissue so often have milk supply issues. Many women who have tubular breasts chose surgery to give them a more natural round shape. This can be accomplished via a breast lift or implants.

YES! some of us love to play with tubular breast. If that is what you have try to wear something that will fit under them. Let them hang over a tight bottom with a lose top!

Breasts which are very small where they attach to your chest, so they're like a tube or sausage sticking on to your chest.
They often don't produce milk very efficiently and they're very difficult to get a bra to fit, but some guys go absolutely wild over them because there's nothing quite like them for fondling.
