In general, Dartmouth by far. It's an Ivy League college. Top 10 in the nation in this year's ranking by US News.

Missouri St. Louis is so far down, it's not even on the list. It might have a program that's better than Dartmouth, but I sorta doubt it.

Dartmouth has a much higher reputation, but it will of course depend on the specific field you're looking at.
