If I can be bothered to move the floor fan from in front of the cupboard I hang them up, but usually they hang over the banisters. But I also have some old ones that don't fit in a drawer.

The good t-shirts I wear to go out in, I hang up otherwise the ones I wear just around the house go in my drawer!
So my answer is both!

I hang a few ( the ones that cost £20+) and keep the rest folded neatly in a drawer. I dry them all on hangers, and once dry, carefully fold the ones going in the drawer to avoid creases that will show when I come to wear them.

Most I put in a drawer, but I've got a few I wear to work under jackets/sweaters; those I hang.

I put them in a drawer. Life's too short. I've hardly got any wardrobe space left over from my other clothes.

Every day t-shirts and ones that don't need ironing go in the drawer, the rest get hung up after they've ben ironed, like t-shirts for going out or linen ones etc...
My bf hangs all his up - he also irons them all whether they need it or not - it's an anal habit of his which drives me mad!!
;-)
