Working with a fitness professional is your best bet.

You will learn your current health and fitness levels and working with this person you will have a customized battle plan to get you to the next level.

Nutrition and Exercise is needed to get the results your looking for.

Understanding where your starting from is key to knowing what you need to do, to get where your wanting to go.

There is free advice all over the internet...but whether its good advice coming from a qualified professional is always the key.

If your interested in a cost effective way of getting advice from a qualified fitness professional feel free to contact me.

I offer Online/Phone Coaching services to clients outside of my local area.

You will fill out assessment forms and we will chat on your goals etc.

From there a game plan can be created that will tell you what your daily caloric intake should be and what types of exercises, how long and how much you should be doing.

Spending a little time and money now will save you lots in both areas later.

You will be given a pass code to access your online account where you will find the program that will show you visually how to perform the exercises as well as a written description.

Printing it out and placing it in a binder for future use.

Whether you want to train at home, office, outdoors or a gym we can create a fitness plan for success.

Whomever you choose to work with, please do find a qualified fitness professional.

Going at this alone will delay progress and will leave opportunity for injury as well.

For guaranteed results you need to work with someone who is qualified.

Yours in Health and Fitness,

James
