I mean pushing it out

When you give birth, there is not much that won't come to you naturally, you will feel a downward pressure like you have to have a really big bowel movement, you push the same way you would try to push that out. Nature will show you how. Trust in that.

To have a baby:
1. You must be a female.
2. You must be ovulating.
3. You must be inseminated while ovulating, either naturally, ie sex or artificially, ie the doctor does it.
Basically, the getting pregnant part is easy for most people. However, I am a firm believer that not everyone should have a child and from your question I am guessing you are either too young to be contemplating pregnancy or fall in the other category of people who should not procreate.

Too general. How do you have a baby as in getting pregnant or pushing it out??

Cough. I had an epidural and nubane and I could not feel my pushing. Coughing uses the same muscle group. NEVER PUSH WITH YOUR FACE!! RELAX ALL MUSCLES IN YOUR FACE OR YOUR BLOOD VESSLES COULD RUPTURE!!!
It is essentially harmless if they rupture but it is scary looking.

you go to the hospital and pick the one out you want and then you wakeup and this little creater is next to you. and that's the truth!!!
